Support configuration helps to:

Steps to Configure Support Settings
- Navigate to Settings → Support.
- Select Vendor Support Configuration to manage vendor-related support settings.
- Configure vendor support options as required and save the settings.
- Select Customer Support Configuration to manage customer-related support settings.
- Configure customer support options independently and save the settings.
- Review the support configurations to ensure both setups are correctly applied.
